Jessica is the best personal trainer by far!
I've experienced many different personal trainers and had given up hope that "personal training," was for me, until Jessica came to my rescue. She is very passionate about health, and fitness. Her attitude definitely motivates you during your sessions leaving you feeling energized and good about your workout.
Since I've started with Jessica I've notice changes in my body with maintaining my weight loss and firming up my trouble areas. Before Jessica I dreaded my once a week training sessions with other personal trainers with Jessica I always make time for two sessions and try to squeeze in a third weekly. You will find no two sessions are alike which really keeps the workouts from becoming monotonous.
Jessica, also provides nutritional - healthy meal preparations services. Which just accentuates overall health and wellness.

I have been going to Barre class, at Meraki Barre, regularly since June 2014. When Jess became an instructor there, she quickly became my favorite instructor. I would try to attend as many of her classes as possible each week because her classes are challenging and her positive, upbeat attitude makes you want to work hard. Jess changes up her routines and music each week, so you never get bored. I also love her TRX-Barre boot camp class!
I found out I was pregnant in September 2015 and one of the first questions I asked my doctor was, “Can I still go to Barre class?” Her answer was yes! She said it is very important to stay active during pregnancy because it helps you stay healthy and prepare for delivery and that Barre was a great option! I was very excited to share the news of my pregnancy with Jess. She has been extremely supportive during my pregnancy and always takes the time to give me modifications when I need them. She never made me feel like a nuisance, she genuinely cares and wants to make sure everyone in her class is comfortable and safe. And each week she checks on me to see how I’m feeling and how the baby is doing. I am now in my ninth month of pregnancy and I have been going to Barre class 2-3 times a week the entire time. I have had a great pregnancy and I know that a big reason is that I have been exercising regularly. I am so thankful to have Jess as an instructor!
At the risk of sounding trite; Jessica Caruso literally changed my life. A year ago, I was an over 50 man suffering from high cholesterol, unstable blood sugar, and weighing in at 221 pounds with 32% bodyfat. 9 months later, after working with Jessica 3 days/week, I am off cholesterol meds, my blood sugar is normal, I weight 185 pounds with 11% bodyfat!! In fact, I will be competing in my first Master's Physique Contest in 2016. Jessica is patient, caring, and willing to customize a program to fit individual needs. She is by far, the best trainer I have ever worked with...without question.

I started with Jessica around a year and a half ago, taking classes from her 3 - 4 days a week. I love training with her. My body transformed and has just been getting better. Her energy is contagious, and I saw results in nearly no time! She is always vigilant on your posture, and makes sure to know ahead of time any injuries to provide effective alternatives to keep you pushing yourself as much as possible. If you haven't already tried her out you should - but beware; you'll be hooked!"

I owe a lot of that success to one of the many awesome Meraki instructors, Jessica Caruso. She took my workouts and fitness goals to a whole new level! She kills it every time! Blows my mind with how creative she is with new exercises and routines. Jess has an amazing background and knowledge of fitness and health. She is an amazing instructor of several different fitness classes, a personal trainer, a ray of sunshine, and one of the most motivating persons I know.

I have struggled with my weight, fitness and body image my entire life since adolescence. I made a commitment 15 months ago to get more fit, I wanted to worry less about weight and more about being fit and feeling strong. This whole topic has always been my cryptonite! I decided to get a trainer to start at home. After owning a gym membership for over 20 years and not going for the past 18 years... A trainer seemed less intimidating. I interviewed 5 trainers and when I met Jess... I knew I had found a match. She listened to my fears and my story and waded through my tears to tell me this was my journey and I would be the architect of it and she would help me. 14 months later, I'm stronger and fitter but more importantly I am NOT AFRAID to talk about fitness or healthy living or exercising or healthy eating, I'm not intimidated because I know through Jess' training and encouragement that I am working hard everyday to be strong and fit and healthy and the scale isn't my only measurement... TRX Barre Camp has really helped me strengthen my core & confidence w/lifting, pulling, & climbing while hiking! I've even begun to enjoy scrambling rocks w/my husband...I'm not ready for full fledged rock climbing, but I'm more confident in myself!
Taking barre has reignited my true love of dance! Your playlists make me want to groove & have fun! You are really good at explaining combinations, proper form, & the benefits of such. Your ability to cue a combination w/the music is spot on!!!
ABT & Power Barre are no joke! I can't tell you how many times by butt, thighs, & abs have been on fire!!! But always worth it for sure.
Now my calves...you are responsible for why I have to wear flats sometimes to work!!!
Taking such classes, I feel better about myself, my body, & my health! Bathing suit shopping has become fun again & needing a smaller size is always a plus!!!

Jess is the first and only trainer with whom I have worked, and I am happy to say that I hit the jackpot! I first met her through the group fitness classes that she teaches and was immediately drawn in by her warm, enthusiastic personality and depth of knowledge. For the most part, I've always been a fairly thin petite girl 5'3" and 110-115 pounds. Although I was thin, I was never confident. People would alway tell me I needed eat more because I looked very fragile. I was 130 pounds when I turned 21 - I took advantage of the legal drinking age limit like most college students. Needless to say, I was never confident being thin and absolutely uncomfortable being heavy.
I've known Jess for two years now and have taken her barre classes religiously. After working with her, I've learned that's there's a difference between being thin and being fit. I'm proud to say I'm now the latter of two. She's not only a great resource for all things fitness related, but she's the ultimate inspiration and role model. I have a love (secret hate) relationship with Jess. She can make the strongest girl in Barre curse her name. But we attend her class because we know it's worth it!
I've watched my body transform from lanky and stringy to solid and toned. My butt isn't anything close to being as amazing as Jess', but it's getting there. She's reason why I smile after checking myself out every time I walk past by a mirror. She's the reason why I love pool parties in Vegas. She's the reason why Victoria's Secret Itsy Bikini Bottoms are my favorite and make heads turns every time I wear them. I want to be naked all the time.
